These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Xavoryntel platform, website at xavoryntel.com and any associated services operated by Xavoryntel Pty Ltd ("Xavoryntel", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing the platform or submitting an access request, you agree to these Terms.

Xavoryntel is an intelligent digital platform that provides data analysis, automated insights, a personal information dashboard and user support. 2. Eligibility and Access

Access to Xavoryntel is subject to an access-request process. You must be at least 18 years of age to submit an access request. Xavoryntel reserves the right to approve, decline or revoke access at its discretion. Access is personal and non-transferable.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Xavoryntel platform only for its intended purpose as described on xavoryntel.com. Permitted uses include:

  • Submitting structured data inputs for analysis through the platform's automated interface.
  • Reviewing platform-generated insights and dashboard outputs.
  • Using the platform's workflow automation tools in accordance with the documented features.
  • Contacting the support team with questions or requests related to your platform use.

4. Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Australian law.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Xavoryntel platform or its interface.
  • Submit false or misleading information in an access request or support communication.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's systems, servers or networks.
  • Use the platform to process data you do not have the right to process.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software and materials available on the Xavoryntel platform and website are the intellectual property of Xavoryntel Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from Xavoryntel.

6. Platform Availability

Xavoryntel aims to maintain platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or factors outside our control. Xavoryntel is not liable for any loss arising from platform downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xavoryntel is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law.

8. Changes to the Platform or Terms

Xavoryntel may modify the platform, its features or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published at xavoryntel.com/terms.html with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
